2. Quality check: three components, three standards
Factory director Mr. Wang picked a worm from an open box and examined the thread. "Uniform lead, no burrs," he said. "The Italian assembly line is automated – any surface defect would trigger an alarm."
Foreign trade manager Ms. Tang added: "Their technical lead asked for meshing clearance under 0.05mm between the worm and center gear. We roll-tested every batch."

· Center gears (1,500/carton) – custom molded box, shaft hole fixed
· Worms (1,000/carton) – individual blister box, thread suspended
All cartons have bilingual labels (Chinese & Italian) with barcode, 2 silica gel packs for moisture, and the container has floor film. Estimated 35 days to Genoa port.
