Ningbo Tongtuo Water Meter Factory, built in 1987, is located in the western suburb of Ningbo, one of the most economically developed cities in the east of China, adjacent to Ningbo Airport, Ningbo Railway Station, and the one of the world's largest seaport, Ningbo Port.

CNC Lathes & Milling Machines – Processes brass/stainless steel meter housings, connectors, and valve cores.
Ultrasonic Welding Machines – Seals plastic components without adhesives.
Automatic Screw Fastening Machines – Ensures consistent torque for screw tightening.
Automated Assembly Lines – Robotic arms or conveyor systems for efficient assembly (impeller-gearbox-housing integration).
Test Benches – Tests measurement accuracy under varying flow rates (ISO 4064 compliant).
