Introduction

 

The OV25 is a high-performance plastic non return valve designed exclusively for water media up to 95°C. Its POM body resists heat and scaling, while the 304 stainless steel spring and food-grade EPDM or silicone seals ensure long-term reliability. This check valve 1" version is ideal for standard plumbing lines. Thanks to its miniature form factor, it also functions as a micro check valve for tight equipment layouts. The OV25 is a true inline non return valve that installs easily between two pipe ends. The OV25 excels in compact hot water circuits where space is limited but reliability cannot be compromised. Typical applications include:

True inline design – The flow path is straight through with no sharp turns. This inline non return valve creates minimal pressure drop (<0.05 bar at 20 L/min).

After molding, robotic arms transfer parts to an indexing assembly line where spring insertion, seal placement, and thread torquing occur without human hands. Each OV25 check valve undergoes 100% automated pressure decay testing (leak threshold <0.1 cc/min) and laser marking for traceability. This closed-loop process ensures that every plastic non return valve has identical opening pressure and seal integrity – the first piece matches the millionth.
