In an interview, Mr. Wang, the factory manager of Tongtuo Instruments, stated that the factory quickly entered a state of readiness after receiving this large order. "The digit wheel assembly, as the core display component of water meters, has extremely high requirements for hot stamping accuracy and digital readability; while the instrument gears directly affect the transmission efficiency and service life of the movement. Our Ningbo base possesses advanced equipment such as high-precision fully automatic CNC injection molding machines ranging from 15 grams to 500 grams, fully automatic digit wheel hot stamping machines, and coreless grinding machines, which fully enables us to complete the task with guaranteed quality and quantity."
According to Mr. Wang, the company's production department has developed a specific production schedule, working backwards from the deadline and using visual aids to ensure the production and delivery of 100,000 sets of digit wheel assemblies and 200,000 sets of instrument gears within the agreed timeframe.
